The exchange serves two primary purposes: it allows members to gain access to in-game funds faster by selling VIP time, and it allows existing managers to extend their VIP status using the money they have earned through Fighting and Business.

1. How the Exchange Works

The VIP Exchange operates as a market where supply and demand dictate the price of membership time. It is a "win-win" system for different types of managers:

For Sellers (Liquidating VIP): If you have purchased VIP but find yourself in need of immediate in-game cash to fund your Companies or pay for elite training in top Gyms, you can list your VIP time for sale. This is the fastest way to inject capital into your manager account.

For Buyers (Extending Membership): If you are a successful manager who has mastered the art of Earning Money, you can use your in-game profits to purchase VIP time from other players. This allows you to maintain your VIP status and access premium features without further real-world expenditure.

2. The Importance of Game Security

It is strictly illegal to engage in "off-site" deals involving VIP membership, fighter trades, or in-game cash. All transactions must take place through the official VIP Exchange.

Prohibition of RMT (Real Money Trading): Selling VIP time via external websites or private real-world transactions is a violation of the terms of service. Such deals threaten the existence of the game by bypassing the official economy and opening the door to scams and fraud.
