A sacked porn star allegedly took revenge on the producer that fired her by getting her boyfriend to take him and four other adult actresses hostage on a sex-film set.

Isadora Albuquerque Barbosa, 21, refused to go quietly when her ex-boss dismissed her from the filming studio in Guarapari, in Brazil's state of Espirito Santo.

In retaliation, she sent her co-star and real-life boyfriend Wender Henrik Goncalves da Silva, 24, to carry out a brutal armed robbery on July 21, local media has reported.

Da Silva burst into the studio with two accomplices during filming and took the producer and his actresses hostage while he forced them to make online bank transfers, police have said.

They stole £18,505 in money, smartphones, watches and jewellery from their victims after threatening to kill them, according to reports.

City police Specialised Criminal Investigations Unit boss Rosane Cysneiros said in a statement: 'It all happened due to a disagreement with the model who was fired by the producer of the project and did not participate in the filming that weekend.

'The suspect's boyfriend, with several records for crimes such as robbery and drug trafficking, went to the house as a kind of revenge for the disagreement between the model and her manager.
