Hire and fire staff

If you run any companies within the game you may feel you need some help to run them effectively - this may be particularly relevant if you run a high maintenance company like a fight organization.

To help you out, you are allowed to hire other VIP users to become executives at your companies. You will assign them certain access rights within your company and will pay them a weekly wage for their hard work.

To hire someone, go to the hire and fire page, off your mybusinesses page, look up their manager ID (using the search function) and then input their wage. They will receive an offer on their contracts page, which they can either accept or reject. Once they have done that you can assign or change their access rights and let them run certain aspects of your company.
