Location

Both your manager's character and your fighters have a location. This is where they are at the current moment in time. It does not have to be their base location.

If it is not their base however, they will have to pay hotel fees and if they run out of money they will have to work in the hotel kitchens to pay for their accommodation until you bring them home - not good times!
