This page displays contract offers both for your fighters and also, if you are a VIP member, offers from other companies to take up an executive role.

Fighter New Contract Offers

When receiving a new contract offer, you will note a number of variables.

  • Fighter: The name of the fighter to be contracted.
  • Org: The name of the fight org that wants to sign your fighter.
  • Weight: The weight at which his fights would take place for this company - note that a fighter can cut weight but not too much!
  • Fights: The number of fights that the contract is for. Once your fighter has faught this number of fights, he is automatically released (although of course, the org could sign him up again straight away).
  • Signing Bonus: An amount of money given to your fighter as soon as the contract is signed. Of course, you as the manager will get your 10% cut.
  • Base Pay: The amount paid to your fighter per fight, win, lose or draw.
  • Win Bonus: A win bonus per fight.
  • Expires: The date on which the contract will expire, no matter how many fights the fighter has had for that organization.
  • Inactivity Clause: This variable is meant to stop your fighters getting tied in to an inactive organization. The value will be a number of days and if your fighter is not offered a fight for this number of days consecutively, he will be allowed to leave the contract.
  • Exclusive: All contracts are exclusive at the moment (so you can only sign with one org). This may change in the future.

Suggestion

  • Fight companies do sometimes become inactive if the owner gives up on the game. If this happens you have to wait for your fighter's inactivity clause to be reached before he can leave the organization.
  • To combat this, you might want to sign your fighters to different organizations to spread the risk and also make sure that the inactivity clause is not too long. 20-30 days should be sufficient for an inactivity clause - any longer is unnecessary.

Fighter Existing Contracts

This section displays existing contracts and is much the same as the above section, with a few additions.

  • Fights left: Number of fights left on the contract.
  • Current Inactivity: The number of days since your fighter last faught, or was offered a fight.

Manager Hire Requests

Also, if you are a VIP you can receive offers to work for other companies as an executive, for instance as a matchmaker for a fight organization. If you become a company executive, you will get a weekly wage and will have a number of executive responsibilities within the company, as set by the company owner.
