For custom-printed orders, adjustments and cancellations can be asked for prior to proof authorization. Sleeves, rollercoasters, paper napkins are digitally printed and can be printed in multiple shades without added charges. Any type of termination on a custom-made printed order before approval will go through a 3% cancellation fee or a minimum of $25, in addition to any proofs that have currently been developed.

PLA is an eco-friendly plastic made from renewable products such as corn starch and sugar walking stick, it offers an insulating layer to paper cups which keeps drinks cozy, yet also allows the mug to preserve its eco-friendly nature.
