If seizures get even worse, tell your medical care carrier right away. If you must take SABRIL while you are expectant, you and your medical care supplier will have to choose. The most common negative effects of SABRIL in adults include: blurred vision, drowsiness, wooziness, problems walking or feeling uncoordinated, shaking (tremor), and tiredness.
