Our objective is to help people and communities live healthier lives. Black Dog Institute's Rest Ninja app enables youths to learn about sleep in an enjoyable, interactive means under the advice of the 'Master Rest Ninja.' The application aids teens' establish healthy sleep routines and enhance sleep top quality.
We've committed $1 million over four years from 2020 to support Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and neighborhoods to deliver initiatives to improve health and wellness and life span end results. Nib structure donated $10,000 to Cape York Collaboration to sustain greater than 100 family members of Wujal Wujal who are still displaced from their community as a result of the flooding from ex-Tropical Cyclone Jasper.
