MMA Tycoon is split into a number of cities, which function both independently and as a global system. Some cities are natually more popular and stronger than others, so bear that in mind when choosing where to base yourself or your fighters. Do you want to train with the best fighters in the world, or do you want to base yourself somewhere quieter, to give yourself an easier path to the top?

List of current cities

Currently there are 6 cities within the game.

  • Las Vegas
  • London
  • St Petersburg
  • Rio de Janeiro
  • Tokyo
  • Montreal

The Highstreet

Each city has it's own highstreet. This is where you will find all the shops and facilities for this location. You can browse and buy items from shops in other locations but the order will cost you 10% extra and you will have to wait 5 days for the item to be delivered.

Travel between cities

When you travel between cities be sure to plan well ahead. A journey between the cities will take approximately the same amount of time in the game as it would in real life. Longer journeys will cost more and will tire your fighter out more also. If your fighter is fighting in a different city, send them there a few days ahead of time to recover. View the travel page for more information.

Visiting another city

If you or one of your fighters visits a new city you will have to pay hotel bills of $50 per night. If you run out of money you will be forced to work in the hotel kitchens to pay your way! If your fighter finds themselves in this position, they will get depressed very quickly so give them some money and get them back home to their base as soon as possible.
