The conventional lead time for custom-made printed mugs under 5,000 devices is 7 - 10 work days from approval and prepayment (leaves out shipping time). The minimum order quantities for custom-printed cups on a lot of products are 100 systems. We offer complete wrap printing on paper mug orders.

As an example on a plastic mug, light infiltrating will trigger the ink to appear lighter and on a paper mug, ink is absorbed and may appear darker. When customers acquire higher amounts of our published items, the Mug Shop is pleased to provide discounted pricing.

For custom-printed orders, terminations and adjustments can be asked for prior to proof authorization. Sleeves, rollercoasters, napkins are electronically published and can be published in several colors without added costs. Any cancellation on a custom published order before authorization will undergo a 3% cancellation fee or a minimum of $25, along with any type of evidence that have currently been developed.
