Tell your doctor immediately if you (or your child): might not be seeing as well as before beginning SABRIL; begin to journey, encounter things, or are much more clumsy than common vigabatrin rems patient enrollment; are surprised by things or people coming in front of you that appear to come out of no place; or if your baby is acting in different ways than regular.

The Vigabatrin REMS Program is needed by the FDA to make sure notified risk-benefit choices before starting treatment, and to make certain appropriate use vigabatrin while people are dealt with. When vision loss will happen, it is not feasible for your health care company to recognize.

It is recommended that your doctor examination your (or your kid's) vision before or within 4 weeks after starting SABRIL and at the very least every 3 months throughout treatment till SABRIL is stopped. If you or your child have any side effect that bothers you or that does not go away, inform your health care carrier.

Inform your doctor if you are expectant or plan to get pregnant. If vision testing can not be done, your doctor may proceed prescribing SABRIL, but will not be able to expect any vision loss. If vision tests are not done routinely, your doctor might quit suggesting SABRIL for you (or your kid).
