There's a mistaken belief in foiling that the board does not matter a lot, yet absolutely nothing could be further from the truth. Longer boards are more flexible and simpler to ride while shorter boards offer even more agile turns and pumping using lowered swing weight. Cyclist weight considers the weight of the board and aluminum foil at a typical 10kg. Flows all the way from the nose to the foil, making it very easy to obtain air-borne in rough waters and letting the board skim throughout touchdowns for simple rebound.
Its improved form loads more volume into smaller measurements, enabling bikers to experience the riding efficiency of a smaller board while facilitating simplicity of use. The Wingboard is the board made for optimum progression, gradual and early lift onto the foil, even more control and nimble flight, incredibly simple touchdowns.
Our largest Wingboard size is optimal for getting going with the ins and outs of Wingboard Foiling. Will have inserts angled more in the direction of the center best wing foil board for beginners so you can stand closer to the middle and get even more control, while smaller sized boards will have inserts angled much more outwards for dexterity.
We've also presented a series of entry-level wingboards for those simply beginning that want to learn just how to handle a wing without the use of a foil. The highest possible performing Wingboard for lightweight bikers and strong wind problems. The new 4'8" at 65L is perfect for lighter bikers approximately 55kg, or heavier bikers in more powerful wind problems.
Typically speaking, narrower boards are more performance oriented for tougher turns and faster rail to rail shifts. At the tail work as stabilizers while raising out of the water when the board obtains rate, decreasing the wetted surface area and permitting the board to increase smoothly while on water.
