Our goal is to aid individuals and neighborhoods live healthier lives. Black Canine Institute's Sleep Ninja app enables young people to learn more about sleep in a fun, interactive way under the advice of the 'Master Sleep Ninja.' The app helps teens' develop healthy rest routines and boost rest high quality.
